A friend came over this morning and noticed, “Gee, you have a million tabs open.” Which made me think, “I should do a post on every tab I have open on Monday morning, every monday, just to show how wonderfully unproductive I can be.”
I use Readability quite extensively, I will pull open all these tabs, and when it gets to overload, I will start hitting the read later button and view them on my iPad when i’m away from my desk. I have around 500 or so articles on there currently, I favorite the useful ones for future revisits.
I was reading a post on one of my favorite tea blogs about a pu-erh tea, and I noticed in the picture a copy of this book.
I love chicken curry. I subscribe to instructables.com and love some of their posts. This one was hunger inspiring.
I saw an article in the NYT talking about Morgan Freeman’s Through the Wormhole series, (which I love ) and I thought I would take a look at one of the episodes it mentioned.
I’m really into foreign cinema, and I just got a copy of this art house film, Werckmeister Harmonies. I find quite a few good movies from this site, Wonderful Cinema
I tasted a Benanti the other night at Terroni L.A and I was amazed at the initial bouquet, almost like a natural wine at first. It blew off and revealed a great glass.
I need to learn more about Chablis in general, so I was looking up some of the Gran Cru’s.
This site is like Ramen Porn. Incredible pictures
Found through researching Jiro style Ramen, of which L.A just received it’s first producer.
I LOVE open culture. One of the best sites on the interwebs. I actually stole the icon for my site from the Foundation Trilogy. Been meaning to listening to this, but haven’t gotten around to it.
Just watched Thirst again (last night). The cinematography was fantastic, and the flute driven soundtrack was so haunting. This has been on repeat most of the morning.
I really love Inama’s wines. Soave in particular is my house white these days. Vulcaia is such a cool name for Sauvignon Blanc
There are about 13 more open, but you get the idea.
